ABR Special Promotion:

• This class section is being offered at zero tuition cost to NAR Members Only. An NAR Membership ID number is required to register for this course.
• This particular class section option has a fee that is for issuance of a one credit broker elective transcript, which can also cover PA CE hours as applicable. If you are not an NAR member and/or are not interested in PA Real Estate transcript, please choose a different class option.
• As this option is a broker credit valid through our school, our course policies required printed materials for participation in course. These are not optional if you wish to participate in this class section to receive a broker transcript.
• Upon registration, broker transcript fee, printed materials fee, and shipping/handling are non-refundable. Failure to complete in your scheduled section may result in forfeiture of fees.

ABR designees learn how to win more clients by offering their specialized skills to represent buyers. They also get access to several tools to improve their productivity, automate or reduce their workload, and handle more buyer clients.

Goals for the ABR course are to 1) Prepare real estate professionals to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed; 2) Offer ideas and methods for building a buyer-representation business; and 3) Develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session.

This is a two-day, 15-hour course. It is Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission authorized for 1 credit towards broker's license requirements. Depending on Commission requirements issued during any renewal cycle it has the potential to fulfill up to 14 hours of mandatory continuing education for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.

It is the student's responsibility to both have the required technology to complete the course, as well as understand how to use their own device. A camera, microphone, and speakers are required. Student's face must be visible for the duration of the course time to meet attendance requirements.
