Green Designation Course: People, Property, Planet, Prosperity covers the distinguishing characteristics that make a high-performance home. The course looks at how consumer demand for these homes is increasing and provides a detailed accounting of how high-performance features work.
The course prepares real estate professionals to provide advice and sources of information to help homeowners improve the performance of their homes— from low-cost fixes and DIY projects, to retrofitting and replacing systems, to big budget remodeling projects and new constructions.
This course, developed by NAR®, ultimately will show licensees how to apply green knowledge to enhance real estate client and customer services while also helping to create a more sustainable, healthy world.

This is a two-day, 15-hour course. It is Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission authorized for 1 elective credit towards broker's license requirements. Depending on Commission requirements issued during any renewal cycle, it has the potential to fulfill up to 14 hours of mandatory continuing education for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.

You'll receive an invitation. Once you register and pay for your virtual courses or classes, you will separately receive a receipt for payment and e-mailed invitation for your session(s) from Polley.
The invitation will contain a link to the session itself in the form of a 9-or-more digit number called a Meeting ID. When you join a meeting, you are prompted to provide the Meeting ID. You'll also receive a pass code that you'll be asked to type in to authenticate your attendance.
Any printed student materials are included in registration costs and will be shipped to participants upon registration. Once your materials have shipped, they are not refundable, even if you drop the class – Printed materials carry a cost of $85 toward each course.
If you're not registered, you can't join.
Only registered learners, authenticated by Polley Associates, can join our virtual courses or classes. Learners are required to sign into using a Zoom account, and their e-mail addresses and registered name must appear on our approved list. Those entering a session will be temporarily held in a "waiting room" before a Polley representative grants them permission them to join.
