Basic Appraisal Procedures (30 Hours)

Approved for residential and general appraisal certification.

This basic appraisal course provides an overview of real estate appraisal approached to valuation procedures, value, property description, residential applications, commercial applications, improvement construction, home inspection, and appraisal math.

Through theory, case studies, and examples the course offers practical application of appraisal procedures.

This course also is approved by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission for 2 credits towards PA broker license requirements. It fulfills ALL 14 hours of mandatory continuing education (MCE) required by the Commission for salesperson's or broker's license renewal or reactivation.

This is a four-day, 30-hour commission-developed course.
