Pre-License Tuition Choices In Greensburg

  • More than 70 percent of our pre-license learners choose to purchase their courses as a package called Career Start, It provides everything they need for a real estate sales licensing education at a cost of $495. The package includes Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Fundamentals, the required textbook, and much more.
  • Tuition cost for Real Estate Fundamentals alone is $195. Tuition cost for Real Estate Practice alone is $195. Unless they purchase the Career Start package, learners in either course also must purchase a textbook, "Real Estate: An Introduction to the Profession, 10th Edition," by Charles J. Jacobus, at a cost of $30. It must be purchased only once; the same textbook is used in both courses.
  • Enrollments should be made at least five (5) business days before the first scheduled day of class. Payment is required in full at enrollment. We ask that learners please read and acknowledge Polley's tuition and enrollment policies. We're sorry, but Polley Associates does not offer or provide scholarships, grants, tuition assistance or payment plans.
