Estate Practice course combined satisfy the Pennsylvania State
Real Estate Commission's 60-hour education requirement for the state
real estate sales licensing examination. Other

Practice, Real Estate Fundamentals, the required textbook, and

- Tuition cost for Real Estate Fundamentals alone is $195.

Unless they purchase the Career
Start package, learners in either course also must purchase a textbook,
"Real Estate: An Introduction to the Profession, 10th
Edition," by Charles J. Jacobus, at a cost of $30. It
must be purchased only once; the same textbook is used in both
courses.
- Enrollments should be made at least five (5) business days
before the first scheduled day of class. Payment is required in full at enrollment.

Associates does not offer or provide scholarships, grants,
tuition assistance or payment plans.
