cover the three approaches to value- - sales comparison (or
market data), cost, and income- - along with case studies and
practice exercises pertaining to each approach. Real estate
professionals who complete this course will have a thorough
understanding of the steps involved in the appraisal process.

This 15-Hour National USPAP course is an approved equivalent for satisfying the Appraiser Qualifications Board’s real property qualifying education requirements. The structure and content of USPAP is fully explored, utilizing numerous compelling case examples that enable the student to understand the application of USPAP in real world scenarios along with assessment opportunities to challenge the student throughout the course.
