Advantages of Online Courses
 Schedule flexibility.
We’ll bet you’re busy. You’re already in a job, or more than one, or working hard to get one. You’ve got a home life, and other occasional chores, and personal interests. It may be tough to add more to the mix.
Online education makes it easier. You can get onto the Web, sign into your course, and work at it for as long or as little as you like. Being online gives you the ability to fit your real estate career education into your lifestyle.
No travel. No gas costs.
Gasoline's expensive. If live classroom courses are not close to you, online courses may be a good choice. They also may work if you're in a hurry to finish your course (for example, if your license is expired or due to expire soon); or if live classes are close but aren't scheduled when you need them.
Custom comfort.
 Some people are comfortable learning only when the TV is on in the background or their favorite tunes are playing. (See, we know you better than you think!) Some folks like to lie flat, some want to lounge back with their feet up, some even walk around while they study.
You can probably do all of that, and maybe other things too, if you take courses online. We won’t let you do them in a classroom.
Technology is your thing.
You’re T-1 wired and next-gen wireless. You own a laptop, a desktop, a PDA, a GPS, a 3G cell phone, and a digicam. You text faster than you talk. You know you ought to be online.
