Re-Activate Licenses In Escrow

The Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission is no longer accepting real estate license renewals online. If you are a licensee who did not renew before May 31, 2010, your license is now held in escrow by the state. It must be re-activated, rather than renewed.

Appraisal Assistants Must Become
Licensed Appraiser Trainees

New rules that govern the Pennsylvania Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers have eliminated the position of appraisal assistants. As of Oct. 1, 2010, those looking to become certified appraisers must first become licensed appraiser trainees.
