Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are real estate licensees qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50 and older. Our 15-hour (two-day) Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation course provides 1 credit toward a Pennsylvania broker's license, as well as all 14 hours of the state's continuing education requirement for license renewal. In addition, the SRES® course is recognized as elective credit for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.
