Hugo C.A. "Skip" Weber Jr.
 Hugo
C.A. "Skip" Weber Jr. is a real estate educator, consultant, lecturer and
investor. He has been a real estate instructor since 1974, and the Education
Director of Polley Associates since 1980. In 1978 he founded Realty Seminars,
the parent company to Polley Associates. A graduate of Franklin and Marshall
College, he is a past national president of the Real Estate Educators Association
(REEA). A licensee in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Skip believes in
giving every Polley student a high quality education so they can create
a truly successful career in real estate.
