What you'll
learn, what you'll do
There are two essentials for success on
the state law portion of Pennsylvania's licensing exam. First, one
must have a secure, confident knowledge
of the real estate information. Knowing
the "gist" of the information
will not do. Your knowledge base must be
deep and broad. Second, one must have
substantial test-taking skills. You
cannot allow yourself to be tricked into
a logical, but incorrect answer. The
ability to differentiate between close
answers is critical. Yet, with the right
study and preparation, one can
successfully pass the exam the first

A student
has not reserved a place in the course
until registration is complete and all
tuition fees are paid. Tuition must be
paid in full before the start of the
course. Refund policy
When Polley Associates cancels a class due to
low enrollment or unforeseen
circumstances, all fees will be refunded
upon return of all course materials to
Polley Associates. If a student
voluntarily withdraws from an
Out-Of-State Exam Prep course, no fees will be refunded. The student may,
however, re-schedule once for an
Out-Of-State Exam Prep class at a future date.
