The climate for home inspection

when the state Home Inspection Law
(PA Act 114 of 2000) took effect. Click

About the
instructor
Your home inspection course
instructor is Ron DeLuca,
president of DeLuca Construction
Co. Inc. in Glen Mills PA. In 1995
DeLuca Construction won the
prestigious Pyramid Award,
presented by the Home
Builders Association of Chester
and Delaware Counties (PA),
for Best Renovation of the Year
under $125,000. In addition, the
firm was recognized in 1993 by Better
Homes and Gardens Magazine as
one of the Best Builders and
Remodelers in America.
DeLuca, a carpenter by trade, is a
Temple
University graduate. He is a
former president of the Home
Builders Association of Chester
and Delaware Counties (PA), and
former chairman of its Remodelers'
Council. DeLuca recently won the
distinguished honor of being named
a director emeritus of the
association. He also has been
selected to the boards of
directors for the Pennsylvania
Association of Home Builders, and
the National
Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
