appraising questions on the broker's exam, this course will answer your needs.
Learn about the valuation process, including terms, economic principles,
contributing factors to value, data collection and analysis, and fee
structures; appraisal reports, types content, organization and communication
techniques; market data applications, proper steps, comparable selection, grid
formation, adjustment process and value indications; cost approach
applications proper steps, cost estimating, depreciation categories and
sub-categories, adjustment amounts and value indications; and income valuation
and principles capitalization preview.
This is a four-day, 30-hour course. It is Pennsylvania State Real Estate
Commission-developed for 2 credits towards broker's license requirements, and
also is approved for Residential and/or General Appraisal Certification. It
fulfills ALL 14 hours of mandatory continuing education (MCE) required by the
Commission for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.
