Licensing exams conducted by PSI
Examination Services, the state's
testing vendor, are offered Monday
through Saturday by appointment only. We
provide test reservation information on
the first day of your class, or you can
obtain a Candidate Information
Bulletin as a download from PSI's
website. You may also contact the

January, March, May, July, September,
and November at our Newtown Square

What you'll
learn, what you'll do
There are two essentials for success on
the broker licensing exam. First, one
must have a secure, confident knowledge
of the real estate information. Knowing
the "gist" of the information
will not do. Your knowledge base must be
deep and broad. Second, one must have
substantial test-taking skills. You
cannot allow yourself to be tricked into
a logical, but incorrect answer. The
ability to differentiate between close
answers is critical. Yet, with the right
study and preparation, one can
successfully pass the exam the first
time! This is where the Polley

A student
has not reserved a place in the course
until registration is complete and all
tuition fees are paid. Tuition must be
paid in full before the start of the
course.
Refund policy.
When Polley Associates cancels a class due to
low enrollment or unforeseen
circumstances, all fees will be refunded
upon return of all course materials to
Polley Associates. If a student
voluntarily withdraws from Exam Prep, no
fees will be refunded. The student may,
however, re-schedule once for an Exam Prep
course at a future date.

comprehensive study book with 5
practice exams and more than 700

the exam.
- A 30-question Sample State Law
Test

- 6 hours of instruction on exam
strategy and test-taking skill drill
using sample questions, including a
