Want to attract more real estate buyers?
Completing the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR®) course can help you:
- Increase your personal selling success by offering buyers new services and
representation.
- Learn how to turn buyer representation into the leading competitive edge
you will have over other real estate agents in your market.
- Market and promote buyer representation, a highly attractive, but still
relatively new service in the public’s mind.
- Successfully deal with the attitudes of corporations toward buyer
representation in relocation, and help improve your corporate business.
- Keep abreast of the very latest legislative and judicial activities in the
field of buyer representation.
- Know what other buyer’s agents are telling YOUR buyer customers now.
- Reduce your liability, and that of your broker, by heeding laws regulating
buyer representation.
In most states, subagency is dead. Knowledgeable brokers have concluded
subagency is antiquated, unrealistic, impractical, unnecessary and dangerous.
Yet the future is clear! The future is Accredited Buyer Representation, and
it’s no passing fad.
No matter where you look, whether inside an industry trade publication or in
the real estate section of your local newspaper, the hottest trend in the
business is buyer representation.
Consumer consciousness is on the rise. People shopping for a home want the
services of a real estate expert who represents them exclusively -- not the
seller.
They want someone who can negotiate on their behalf and help them make one of
the most important decisions of their lives. They want a properly trained and
professionally certified buyer’s representative -- someone just like you!
REBAC® Training Will Make You an Expert — and Help You Earn a Designation
