Polley Associates ranks among Top 5 schools promoting Apprentice program

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. – Polley Associates, Pennsylvania’s largest and oldest proprietary school for real estate education, now ranks among the Top 5 schools in the country in promoting a grant program to help students jump-start their careers in real estate.

Polley Associates was presented with an award for its marketing of The Real Estate Apprentice grant program Jan. 26 during the annual winter meeting of The RealtyU Group in Phoenix AZ.

The Real Estate Apprentice grant program is a joint effort by leading companies in the real estate industry to help newly licensed estate agents become super-stars. The program annually awards 20 grants -- worth a total of several hundred thousand dollars -- in a competition of essays and interviews that are judged by a panel of industry leaders, authors, business professionals and top producers.

Only students of more than 40 RealtyU Group schools, of which Polley Associates is a member, can qualify for the competition. It awards include the largest-ever selection of education products and services, designed to create successful top-producing agents, that are offered by way of free grants to deserving and fortunate new real estate licensees every year.

Founded in 1971, Polley Associates is headquartered in Newtown Square PA and conducts classes weekly in Newtown Square (Delaware County), Blue Bell (Montgomery County), Southampton (Bucks County) and Lionville (Chester County) PA.
