NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. –
Twenty-two Greater Philadelphia area residents have completed the May 14, 2005, edition of “Best Start,” an introductory real estate sales skills course, at Polley Associates in Newtown Square. All earlier took courses at Polley to prepare for Pennsylvania’s state real estate licensing examination.
Best Start, a course offered exclusively by Polley, is designed to help people entering a career in real estate to be productive within their first 90 days in the business.

Topics covered with the group during the course included how to approach and work with mentors in a real estate office; how to gear up for future success; how to create a marketing strategy that attracts potential clients; how to choose best marketing methods (including some that are free or cost only pennies per prospect); the Internet's impact on the real estate business and how it affects clients; how to use the Internet and e-mail to communicate with prospects and clients; how to manage real estate business affairs; and how to use technology to benefit clients.
