re-certification courses do NOT
include Pennsylvania's required 2
hours of laws, rules and
regulations update. That education
is available from Polley only in
live classes.
The state requires you to complete 28 hours of
appraisal continuing education by June 30,
2007, to renew certification. For live classroom
