Polley Associates offers all three Green courses needed to complete the education requirements for NAR's® Green Designation. We regularly schedule live classroom courses at convenient locations across Pennsylvania. Find course locations, dates and costs here. Courses are taught by Polley's talented, qualified, and entertaining instructors.

Only Three Courses To Take

To obtain and use NAR’s® Green Designation, licensees must take these three courses and a final exam for each, passing with a score of 80 percent or higher

  • Green 100: Real Estate for a Sustainable Future
  • Green 200: The Science of Green Building
  • Green 300: Greening Your Real Estate Business

You'll Save Some Cash, Too!

These course titles, and course content, are substantially changed from the NAR® Green Designation courses offered during 2010 and earlier. They represent a substantially better value, too! The three courses combined cost only $300 at current Polley pricing; the earlier course series totaled $394, or 31 percent more!

Then, Submit A Form With Your Membership

In addition to completing the courses, prospective NAR® Green Designees must:
Submit the member application for NAR’s® Green Designation with proof of completion for all course requirements and proof of your REALTOR® membership.
Maintain active and good membership status with the Green REsource Council and the National Association of REALTORS®.
