Introducing The Luxury Home Council.

The exclusive Accredited Luxury Home Specialist^® (ALHS^®) designation is maintained and managed by The Luxury Home Council, a group of real estate experts specializing in the sale of luxury homes. 

The Luxury Home Council is an organization dedicated to providing quality information and training to real estate professionals who work in the luxury home market. Through affiliations with Polley Associates and other premier real estate training organizations, websites, marketing experts and industry veterans, the council offers products and services designed to help agents achieve their luxury home clients' dreams and goals.

The council launched the prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist^® designation in 2004. It's intended to provide students with training, tools, and techniques to provide the highest level of service to both luxury home buyers and sellers.
