ALHS^® Course Content

The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist^® (ALHS^®) designation course is specifically designed to provide agents with advanced training in selling luxury homes. It's presented in an easily understood multimedia format by specially trained Polley Associates' instructors. They keep learners engaged with slide and video presentations, practical exercises, and knowledge checks in each section. All course materials are supplied by instructors in the classroom on the first day of class.

Tuition cost for the course is $295.
