The Accredited Buyer Representation®
(ABR®) basic course is specifically designed to teach the fundamentals and legal underpinnings of buyer agency, how to start and operate successfully as a buyer's agent, and how to market and get paid for buyer's agent
services.
It's presented in an easily understood multimedia format by specially trained
Polley
Associates' instructors. They keep learners engaged with slide and video presentations, practical exercises, and
knowledge checks in each section. All course materials are supplied
by instructors in the classroom on the first day of class.
The course covers four modules, or topic
sections, and an appendix of additional information critical to the success of agents looking to better serve
home buyers as their representatives.
