“Legal Changes Affecting PA Real Estate Practice” provides a substantial review of selected recent changes in real estate and related law that licensees either will encounter as part of their practice or should be familiar with to better assist their clients. It focuses on current, pending or proposed legislation; federal and state court case law; and federal and state agency rules and regulations, policy statements, enforcement announcements, and operational decisions.

“Legal Changes Affecting PA Real Estate Practice” is a presentation developed by Polley Associates, based on court documents, authoritative industry research, professional real estate expertise, and recent news events and writings.

This is a full-day course. It fulfills 7 hours of the 14 hours of mandatory continuing education (MCE) required by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.
