Course participants must take and pass the Florida State Exam
within two years after the course completion date.
The Florida state computer-based broker's exam is offered
every day, and some evenings, at 15 different locations in the
State of Florida. The exam also can be taken at three sites in
Pennsylvania: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia suburbs), Harrisburg and
Pittsburgh. You must take the Florida state broker's exam within
two years of the course completion date.
There are 95 questions on the Florida state broker's exam. The
time allotted for the exam is 3½ hours.
There is a charge of $199.50 to take the Florida state
broker's exam. Of this amount, $154 is sent to the State of
Florida with your application. This fee also includes the cost
of the license. The remaining $45.50 must be paid, by credit
card or money order only, at the test site.
