Broker License Courses Overview
Commission-required courses
Candidates for a Pennsylvania broker license must take

Commission -required Real Estate Office Management course, and two
(2) more of the required 16 in a
Commission-required Real Estate Law course. For a more complete explanation, see the

Commission-required and Commission-developed courses, broker

Broker license seminars
Broker license seminars do NOT provide any
required credits toward obtaining a Pennsylvania broker license.
They are helpful, however, in preparing for the Pennsylvania
broker license exam or in obtaining a real estate license under
special circumstances.
