An IMPORTANT NOTICE regarding appraisal recertification courses:

Because the June 30, 2011, recertification deadline is less than a year away, live courses are now scheduled at Polley's Blue Bell and Newtown Square locations. Recertification courses also are available online; find them here.

All 7-hour class days 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; 2-hour, 9-11 a.m.; 5 hour, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Now enrolling:

Polley's appraisal recertification courses provide a two-for-one benefit: learners who complete them successfully will also automatically receive credit from the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission for real estate license continuing education purposes.

Tuition prices include all course materials. Registration and pre-payment are required. All enrollments are subject to Polley policies; read them here.

During the week - Mondays through Fridays (except holidays)  from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - you can enroll over the phone or in person at our Newtown Square PA corporate office. Polley Associates accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, personal checks, and cash as payment.
