Get Recertified As An AppraiserContinuing education is due every two years.Hone your talents with continuing education that allows appraisers to recertify their licenses. Appraisal recertification is due every two years, in the even-numbered year, by June 30. Recertification in Pennsylvania requires 28 hours of continuing education. It must include seven hours of National USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) Update; two hours of Pennsylvania laws, rules and regulations; and 19 hours of electives.
